LNG接收站BOG管线进液成因及控制策略研究

摘要 国内LNG接收站在投产和运行阶段曾频繁发生闪蒸,气管线进液问题,导致储罐压力急剧升高、船方返气失败、BOG异常放空燃烧等情况,对接收站的安全、经济运行造成了不利影响。为此,本文基于温州LNG接收站工艺管道和仪表流程图(PID),系统分析了BOG管线进液风险点、总结了BOG管线进液危害,探讨了应对策略,并提出控制优化方案。研究结果可为接收站工程设计、安装施工和运行管理提供一定指导和借鉴。 During the production and operation stages of domestic LNG receiving stations,there have been frequent incidents of BOG pipeline inflow problems,resulting in a sharp increase in tank pressure,failure of ship return gas,and abnormal BOG venting and combustion,which have had adverse effects on the safety and economic operation of the receiving stations.Therefore,based on the process pipeline and instrumentation diagram(PID)of Wenzhou LNG receiving station,this article systematically analyzes the risk points of BOG pipeline inflow,summarizes the hazards of BOG pipeline inflow,explores response strategies,and proposes control optimization solutions.The research results can provide certain guidance and reference for the design,installation,construction,and operation management of receiving station engineering.
