摘要
分隔壁精馏塔(Dividing Wall Column,DWC)技术是一种新型的精馏技术,通过创新的塔体结构,优化流体分布和热能回收,具有高效、节能、占地面积小等优点。对多组分隔壁精馏塔、萃取(共沸)隔壁精馏塔、反应隔壁精馏、隔壁精馏塔的多目标优化与控制策略研究、工业化应用进行了综述。展望未来,DWC技术有可能将在能效优化、绿色技术、智能化控制和多目标优化等方面进一步得到应用。
Dividing Wall Column is a new type of distillation technology that optimizes fluid distribution and heat recovery through innovative tower structure,with advantages such as high efficiency,energy saving,and small footprint.A review was conducted on the multi-objective optimization and control strategy research and industrial application of multiple partitioned wall distillation towers,extraction(azeotropic)adjacent wall distillation towers,reaction adjacent wall distillation,and adjacent wall distillation towers.The future DWC technology will further develop in areas such as energy efficiency optimization,green technology,intelligent control,and multi-objective optimization.
