摘要
褐煤在存储和运输过程中易受到空气中氧气的氧化,对褐煤在后续转化与利用中会产生影响。本文利用过氧化氢对海拉尔褐煤在20,40,60,80℃水浴温度下进行氧化处理,对比了氧化前后的褐煤在400,500,600℃温度下热解产物特性的差异。结果表明:氧化后的褐煤中氧元素的含量和羰基官能团的吸收峰强度均明显增加;氧化加剧了褐煤的热解程度,与未氧化的褐煤相比,在相同热解温度下,氧化后的褐煤半焦产率降低了,焦油产率升高了,并且过氧化氢的氧化作用促进了焦油中芳香烃、含氧脂肪类化合物、含氧芳香类化合物以及气体中CO_(2)和CO的生成。
Lignite was prone to oxidation by oxygen in the air during storage and transportation,which affects its subsequent conversion and utilization.In this study,Hailaer lignite was oxidized using hydrogen peroxide at water bath temperatures of 20,40,60,and 80℃.The differences in the characteristics of pyrolysis products at 400,500 and 600℃before and after oxidation were compared.The results showed that the content of oxygen elements and the absorption peak intensity of carbonyl functional groups in the oxidized lignite significantly increased.Oxidation intensified the degree of lignite pyrolysis.Compared with unoxidized lignite,the yield of char decreased,and the yield of tar increased at the same pyrolysis temperature for oxidized lignite.Additionally,the oxidation effect of hydrogen peroxide promoted the formation of aromatic hydrocarbons,oxygen-containing aliphatic compounds,oxygen-containing aromatic compounds in the tar,and CO_(2)and CO in the gas.
