摘要
近年来,随着国内外轮胎市场竞争加剧,企业运营压力显著增加,制造成本和运行效率面临着前所未有的考验,轮胎企业亟需加快数字化转型,推进智能制造升级。以双钱轮胎集团有限公司下属工厂为例,通过系统性规划和实施,以打造轮胎生产智能制造工厂为目标,以关键核心设备更新为抓手,通过应用高端高效智能制造装备,开展数字化、智能化改造,在实现装备升级、工艺革新、网络化协同等方面取得良好的成效。其中“四合一胎圈一体化成型”作为数字化融合离散工艺促进装备升级的典型案例,实现了物流路径最短化、工序节拍同步化、质量反馈实时化及规格切换柔性化,以实践验证了老旧工厂突破条件限制实现数字化转型的可行性。
In recent years,with the intensification of competition in the global tire market,the operational pressure on tire companies has increased significantly.Both production costs and operational efficiency are facing unprecedented challenges.Tire companies urgently need to accelerate digital transformation and promote the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing.Taking the subsidiary factory of Double Coin Tire Group Ltd.as an example,this paper presents the systematic plan and implementation to build a smart manufacturing plant for tire production.By upgrading key core equipment and applying advanced intelligent manufacturing equipment,the company has achieved good results in equipment upgrading,technological innovation,and networked collaboration.The"four-in-one integrated bead ring forming"is a typical case of digital integration of discrete processes to promote equipment upgrading.It has realized the shortest logistics path,synchronized process rhythm,real-time quality feedback,and flexible specification changeovers,proving the feasibility of breaking through condition limitations of old factories to implement digital transformation.
