摘要
燃煤电站传统旋流燃烧器易发生陶瓷磨损、烧损、变形和开裂等情况,造成燃烧器寿命大幅度降低,使锅炉运行的安全性和稳定性受到严重影响。碳化硅陶瓷旋流燃烧器内衬材料采用碳化硅陶瓷,利用碳化硅陶瓷的耐磨、耐高温和抗热震等性能,将碳化硅陶瓷整体烧结,外壳采用耐热钢结构,使碳化硅陶瓷和钢复合为一体,形成了碳化硅陶瓷-钢复合结构。某燃煤电站600 MW机组为解决传统燃烧器的诸多弊端,对其进行了燃烧器改造,将燃烧器更换为全衬碳化硅陶瓷旋流燃烧器,可为存在类似问题的燃煤电站燃烧器改造提供参考。
Traditional cyclone burners in coal-fired power stations are prone to ceramic wear,burning,deformation,cracking and other problems,which reduce the service life of burners and affect the safety and stability of boiler operation.The silicon carbide ceramic swirl burner lining material is made of silicon carbide ceramics,the use of silicon carbide ceramics wear resistance,high temperature resistance,thermal shock resistance and other properties,the burner all coal powder flow parts lined with silicon carbide ceramics,silicon carbide ceramics integral sintering,the shell uses heat-resistant steel structure form,so that silicon carbide ceramics and steel composite as one,formed silicon carbide ceramic steel composite structure.In order to solve the problems of traditional burners in a 600 MW unit of a coal-fired power station,it reformes and replaces the burners with fully lined silicon carbide ceramic cyclone burners.It can provide reference for the burner reconstruction of coal-fired power station with similar problems.
