摘要
高压断路器是变电站的关键设备,其振动可能导致变电系统不稳定运行。由于振动信号通常是非规律性的,且具有较强的动态波动性和多变性的特征,检测难度较大。为此提出了一种基于经验模态分解(empirical mode decomposition,EMD)的高压断路器振动信号智能检测方法,对高压断路器振动信号进行降噪和重构。通过引入EMD算法,分解高压断路器的振动信号,提取信号特征,实现振动信号的智能检测。试验结果表明,该方法提取的振动信号与实际信号波动高度一致,智能检测的误报率始终低于2.1%,表明该方法具有良好的应用性能。
The high-voltage circuit breaker is the key equipment of the substation,and its vibration may lead to the substation system unstable operation.Because the vibration signal is usually irregular,the dynamic fluctuation is also strong,and has the characteristics of changeability,which makes it difficult to detect.Therefore,it proposes an intelligent detection method of high-voltage circuit breaker vibration signal based on EMD(empirical modal decomposition).It completes the noise reduction and reconstruction of the high-voltage circuit breaker vibration signal.It introduces EDM algorithm to decompose the vibration signal of the high-voltage circuit breaker,extract the vibration signal characteristics,and realize the intelligent detection of the vibration signal.The experimental results show that the vibration signal extracted by the research method is completely consistent with the actual signal fluctuation,and the false alarm rate of intelligent detection is always less than 2.1%,indicating that the application performance of the method is ideal.
