摘要
教师教学创新团队建设是《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的重要部署,西安铁路职业技术学院铁道交通运营管理国家级教师教学创新团队立项后,按照建设方案,在团队教师能力建设、协作共同体建设、课程体系建设与模块化教学改革、课题研究与社会服务方面等方面积极探索实践,形成了一系列经验成果,团队后续将优化运行机制,强化协作共同体线下合作,通过赛教融合、企业实践,技术服务等途径提升团队教师创新能力,通过一体化设计层次递进的模块化课程群和“技能进阶式”课程模块,扩大模块化教学覆盖面,持续提升团队建设影响力,示范引领教师教学创新团队建设。
The construction of teaching innovation teams is a key initiative outlined in the Twenty Articles on Vocational Education.Following the approval of the national-level teaching innovation team for Railway Transportation Operation Management at Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Institute,the institution has actively explored practical approaches in accordance with the construction plan.Significant progress has been made in enhancing the capabilities of team teachers,building collaborative communities,reforming curriculum systems with modular teaching approaches,as well as conducting research projects and social services.This effort has generated a series of experiential achievements.Moving forward,the team plans to optimize operational mechanisms,strengthen offline collaboration within communities,and enhance teachers'innovation capabilities through competition-teaching integration,enterprise practices,and technical services.By systematically designing hierarchical modular course clusters and implementing"skill-progressive"course modules,the team aims to expand the coverage of modular teaching and continuously elevate the influence of team construction,thereby setting an exemplary model for the development of teaching innovation teams.
