10 kV配电网单相接地故障诊断方法研究

摘要 10 kV配电网在运行过程中易发生单相接地故障,严重时会影响供电可靠性与人身安全。设计基于零序电压突变与电流方向判据的快速触发机制,构建多量测点配合的异常识别方法,结合暂态信号传播顺序与电量幅值对比,实现故障线路的高精度定位。提出适应多分支、环网结构的分区诊断策略,以提升在复杂配电网络下的适应性与诊断准确率。仿真结果表明,此方法在高阻接地与间歇性接地场景中具备良好的识别能力和定位性能。 10 kV distribution network is prone to single-phase grounding fault during operation,which will seriously affect the reliability of power supply and personal safety.In this paper,a fast trigger mechanism based on zero-sequence voltage mutation and current direction criterion is designed,and an anomaly identification method with multi-measurement points is constructed.Combining with the comparison of transient signal propagation sequence and electric quantity amplitude,the fault line can be located with high accuracy.At the same time,a partition diagnosis strategy adapted to multi-branch and ring network structure is proposed to improve the adaptability and diagnosis accuracy in complex distribution network.The simulation results show that this method has good identification ability and positioning performance in high resistance grounding and intermittent grounding scenarios.
