摘要
当前我国正处在新时代发展时期,思想政治教育对于医学研究生人才培养、医学事业发展还有“健康中国”战略的实施至关重要。尤其是在科技迅猛发展、社会日趋多元化和全球化的今天,医学研究生专业性、实践性、研究性的特点日益凸显,研究生思想政治教育面临着新的问题和机遇,如何稳中求变,探索出适应当下全球进程的思政教育模式仍然任重而道远。本文在结合文献分析的基础上,以广西G校临床医学硕士研究生为例,通过实证研究提出了针对临床医学研究生思想政治教育的重要意义、现状和问题以及实施策略,以期更好地提高医学研究生思想政治教育质量、解决实际问题。
At present,China is at a critical stage of its development in the new era.Ideological and political education plays an indispensable and pivotal role in the cultivation of medical postgraduate talents,the progression of the medical domain,and the execution of the″Healthy China″strategy.In particular,in an era of rapid technological advancement,increasing social diversity,and globalization,the features of medical postgraduate education,including its professionalism,practicality,and research-orientation,have become increasingly prominent.The ideological and political education of postgraduates confronts new challenges and opportunities.The task of seeking transformation while maintaining stability and exploring an ideological and political education paradigm that is adaptable to the current global development remains an arduous one.On the basis of a comprehensive literature analysis,this paper takes the clinical medicine postgraduates of University G in Guangxi as a case study.Through empirical research,it expounds upon the significance,current status,issues,and implementation strategies of ideological and political education for clinical medicine postgraduate students.The objective is to enhance the quality of ideological and political education for medical postgraduate students more effectively and address practical problems.
