摘要
目的观察“共建共享,全民健康”战略主题下智慧护理对缺血性脑卒中(IS)患者遵医行为及生存质量的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2023年8月南阳市第一人民医院收治的74例IS患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为常规组(37例)和智慧护理组(37例),常规组接受常规干预,智慧护理组在常规组的基础上接受“共建共享,全民健康”战略主题下智慧护理。比较两组患者遵医行为,干预前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、洛桑急性卒中登记分析(ASTRAL)评分、生存质量[脑卒中影响量表(SIS)]。结果干预后,智慧护理组遵医度(94.59%)高于常规组(67.57%)(P<0.05)。干预后,两组NIHSS、ASTRAL评分均降低(P<0.05),且干预后智慧护理组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组SIS、ADL评分均升高(P<0.05),且干预后智慧护理组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论“共建共享,全民健康”战略主题下智慧护理可有效改善IS患者遵医行为情况和神经功能,提升其日常生活能力和生活质量。
Objective To observe the influence of intelligent nursing under the strategic theme of“co-construction and sharing,universal health”on the compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke(IS).Methods A total of 74 patients with IS in Nanyang First People’s Hospital from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into routine group(37 cases)and intelligent nursing group(37 cases).The routine group was given routine intervention,while the intelligent nursing group carried out intelligent nursing under the strategic theme of“co-construction and sharing,universal health”on the basis of the routine group.The compliance behavior,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,activity of daily living(ADL)score,acute stroke registry and analysis of Lausanne(ASTRAL)score,incidence of adverse events and quality of life[stroke impact scale(SIS)]before and after intervention were compared between groups.Results After intervention,the compliance in intelligent nursing group(94.59%)was higher than that in routine group(67.57%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of NIHSS and ASTRAL were declined in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores after intervention were lower in intelligent nursing group than those in routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SIS score in the two groups was increased(P<0.05),and the SIS and ADL score in intelligent nursing group after intervention was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intelligent nursing under the strategic theme of“co-construction and sharing,universal health”can effectively improve the compliance behavior and neurological function of IS patients,and enhance the daily living ability and quality of life.
