摘要
随着社会和医学的发展,越来越多的人能够自由追求自我真实的性别认同,跨性别和性别多元化个体数量显著增加。其中,41%的跨性别和性别多元化个体认为他们的特定医疗需求不被医疗人员所理解。近期,由英国具备相关临床经验的专业人士、内分泌及性别替代激素治疗领域的专家、跨性别与性别多元化医疗教育工作者共同制定了首份《跨性别与性别多元化者围术期管理:临床医师与科室指南》。该指南针对围术期气道评估、激素治疗管理、产科麻醉相关问题以及医院基础设施和流程等方面提出15条建议,以确保维护跨性别者和性别多元化者在围术期的安全与尊严。
As society and medicine advance,more individuals are able to pursue their true gender identity,leading to a significant increase in transgender and gender-diverse people.41%of transgender and gender-diverse individuals feeling that their specific healthcare needs are not understood by healthcare providers.Recently,a panel of UK professionals with expertise in endocrinology,gender-affirmative hormones,and transgender medical education developed the peri-operative care of transgender and gender-diverse individuals:guidance for clinicians and departments.This guideline offers 15 recommendations covering perioperative airway assessment,hormone therapy management,obstetric anesthesia issues,and hospital processes to ensure the safety and dignity of transgender and gender-diverse individuals during the perioperative period.
