当归化学成分及药理作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 当归是中医临床常用的药材之一,具有补血调经、活血止痛、润肠通便等功效。随着现代技术的发展,研究发现当归中含有丰富的挥发油、多糖、有机酸、氨基酸等化学成分,在抗炎性反应、镇痛、调节免疫、抗肿瘤、改善造血功能等方面显现出优势作用,并在妇科疾病、产科疾病、神经系统疾病、循环系统疾病的治疗中显现出一定的潜力,丰富了当归的临床应用。在分子层面,当归中多糖、有机酸等可作为抗肿瘤靶向药物的载体,实现中西药结合治疗,提高药物的利用率,拓宽相关研究思路。但当归中有效成分的含量及稳定性易受到种植环境、提取技术、炮制方法等因素影响,可能导致部分化学成分不稳定,不利于相关药物研发,未来需要进一步规范相关技术,以提高当归及相关化学成分的利用率。 Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)is one of the commonly used Chinese medicinal materials,which has the effects of tonifying blood and regulating menstruation,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,moistening bowel and so on.With the development of modern technology,studies have found that Danggui is rich in volatile oils,polysaccharides,organic acids,amino acids and other chemical components,having advantages in anti-inflammatory response,analgesic,immune regulation,anti-tumor,improve hematopoietic function and other aspects,and showing certain potential in the treatment of gynecological diseases,obstetrical diseases,nervous system diseases and circulatory system diseases,which enriches the clinical application of Danggui.At the molecular level,polysaccharides and organic acids in Danggui can be used as carriers of anti-tumor targeted drugs,realizing the combination of TCM and Western medicine,improving the utilization rate of drugs,and broadening the relevant research ideas.However,the content and stability of active components in Danggui are easily affected by planting environment,extraction technology,processing method and other factors,which may lead to the instability of some chemical components,and is not conducive to the research and development of related drugs.In the future,relevant technologies need to be further standardized to improve the utilization rate of Danggui and related chemical components.
