致孔剂对苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物孔结构及强度的影响研究

摘要 Pt/苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物(Pt/SDB)疏水催化剂是核电含氚废水处理工艺中氢水液相催化交换(LPCE)技术的关键材料。其中,SDB载体的孔结构和抗压强度对Pt/SDB的催化效率及使用寿命有显著影响,本文通过调配混合致孔剂溶解度参数,制备了大孔径SDB3、高抗压强度SDB7等两类载体。SDB3比表面积为303.92 m^(2)·g^(-1)、平均孔径;33.15 nm、抗压强度为48.2 N、静态水接触角为150.27°,热分解温度为394.10℃;SDB7比表面积为343.91 m^(2)·g^(-1)、平均孔径为7.91 nm,抗压强度264.9N,静态水接触角为143.30°,热分解温度为393.30℃。Pt/SDB3、Pt/SDB7的催化效率分别为86.0%、81.8%,对比国际商售产品、文献报道的Pt/SDB的催化效率分别为81.6%、81.0%。本文制备的两类SDB载体孔结构合理且抗压强度较高,它们的Pt/SDB催化效率与文献报道水平相当。 Pt/Styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer(Pt/SDB)hydrophobic catalyst is the key material of hydrogen-water liquid phase catalytic exchange(LPCE)technology in the process of treating tritium wastewater of nuclear power.Among them,the pore structure and compressive strength of SDB carrier have a significant influence on the catalytic efficiency and service life of Pt/SDB.In this paper,two kinds of carriers,large pore size SDB3 and high compressive strength SDB7,were prepared by adjusting the solubilty parameters of mixed pore-forming agents.For SDB3,the specific surface area was 303.92 m^(2)·g^(-1);average pore size was 33.15 nm;compressive strength was 48.2 N;static water contact angle was 150.27°,and thermal decomposition temperature was 394.10℃;For SDB7,the speific surface area was 343.91 m^(2)·g^(-1);the average pore size was 7.91 nm;the compressive strength was 264.9 N;the static water contact angle was 143.30°;and the thermal decomposition temperature was 393.30℃.Compared with catalytic efficiency of 81.6%of Pt/SDB sold internationally and 81.0%reported in literature,the catalytic efficiencies of Pt/SDB3 and Pt/SDB7 were 86.0%and 81.8%,respectively.Therefore,the two types of SDB carriers prepared in this paper had reasonable pore structure and high compressive strength,and their Pt/SDB catalytic efficiency was equivalent to that reported in the literature.
