摘要
城市轨道交通车辆因其密闭空间特性和大客流的特点,存在较高的火灾风险,而无人驾驶车辆对火灾预警的时效性要求更为严苛。针对国内某型无人驾驶车辆在空调复杂气流环境下的火灾探测需求,开展车载火灾报警系统研究。在客室空调气流组织环境下客室火灾模式烟气扩散仿真基础上,结合4种典型工况整车试验,系统验证了火灾报警性能。结果表明,该系统可实现早期火灾探测与报警,火灾报警响应时间小于60 s。该研究为无人驾驶轨道交通车辆的安全运营提供了关键技术支持。
Urban rail transit vehicles have high fire risk due to their closed space and large passenger flow,while driverless vehicles have more stringent requirements on the timeliness of fire warning.Aiming at the fire detection requirements of a certain type of driverless vehicle in China under the complicated air flow environment of air conditioning,this paper studies the vehicle fire alarm system.Based on the smoke diffusion simulation of passenger room fire mode under air flow organization environment,the fire alarm performance was verified systematically by combining with overall vehicle test of 4 typical working conditions.The results showed that the system can achieve early fire detection and alarming with response time of less than 60 seconds.The research provides important technical support for the safe operation of driverless rail transit vehicles.
