摘要
随着医药行业的蓬勃发展,企业对能够灵活应用药物分析技能的人才需求日益增加,且这些需求随着技术进步和市场变化而不断演变。然而,当前的传统药物分析教学面临着内容过时、教学方式单调等问题,这导致所培养的人才难以充分满足现代制药企业对复合型人才的要求。药物分析作为高校制药工程专业的核心课程,教学内容应更加紧密地贴合制药行业的实际需求。在新时代背景下,为了满足工程教育认证和制药工程专业的发展需求,必须深化药物分析课程的教学改革,培养出既具备创新能力,又拥有跨学科思维的复合型应用人才。
With the booming development of the pharmaceutical industry,the demand for talents who can flexibly apply pharmaceutical analysis skills is increasing,and demands are constantly evolving with the advancement of technology and market changes.However,the current traditional pharmaceutical analysis teaching is facing problems such as outdated content and monotonous methods,which leads to the cultivated talents failing to fully meet the requirements of modern pharmaceutical enterprises for composite talents.As a core course of the pharmaceutical engineering major in colleges and universities,the teaching content of pharmaceutical analysis should be more closely integrated with the actual needs of the pharmaceutical industry.In the context of the new era,in order to meet the needs of engineering education certif ication and the development of pharmaceutical engineering major,it is necessary to deepen the teaching reform of pharmaceutical analysis courses in order to cultivate composite talents with both ability and interdisciplinary thinking.
