摘要
改革开放是中国式现代化历史发展的必然逻辑与正确选择,没有改革开放就没有中国式现代化的成功拓展。改革开放推进中国式现代化具有深厚的理论逻辑、文化逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑,四者高度统一。改革开放推进中国式现代化是对马克思主义唯物史观基本观点的坚持与发展,是对中华优秀传统创新文化、中华民族创新精神和时代精神的赓续和创新,是历史明证了的保证中国式现代化健康蓬勃发展不可或缺的关键抉择,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求。改革开放对中国式现代化在物质基础、指导思想、治理机制、社会动力和世界贡献等各方面都作出了重大贡献,它筑牢了中国式现代化坚实的物质基础、丰富了中国式现代化科学的思想指引、奠定了中国式现代化完备的治理机制、激发了中国式现代化的全方位动力活力、促进中国式现代化为世界现代化提供了新样态。新时代新征程,站在党的二十届三中全会新的历史起点上,必须进一步全面深化改革,扩大高水平对外开放,运用科学思路引领践行有效路径,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。
Reform and opening-up is the inevitable logic and correct choice in the historical development of Chinese modernization.Without reform and opening-up,there would be no successful expansion of Chinese modernization.Reform and opening-up in promoting Chinese modernization embodies profound theoretical logic,cultural logic,historical logic and realistic logic,and these four are highly unified.Promoting Chinese modernization through reform and opening-up is the adherence to and development of the basic viewpoints of Marxist historical materialism.It is the continuation and innovation of China’s excellent traditional innovative culture,the innovative spirit of the Chinese nation and the spirit of the times.It is a key choice proven by history to ensure the healthy and vigorous development of Chinese modernization and an inevitable requirement for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Reform and opening-up has made significant contributions to the material basis,guiding ideology,governance mechanism,social motivation and global contribution of Chinese modernization,which has enriched the material foundation of Chinese modernization,enhanced the scientific ideological guidance for Chinese modernization,established a sound governance mechanism for Chinese modernization,stimulated the all-round dynamic vitality of Chinese modernization,and enabled Chinese modernization to provide a new model for global modernization.In the new era and new journey,standing at the new historical starting point of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,we must further deepen reform in Comprehensively,expand high-level opening-up to the outside world,and adopt scientific concepts.
