基于DSP和多通道数字隔离器的电机驱动系统设计

摘要 多通道数字隔离器能够实现信号的电气隔离,确保信号在复杂的工业环境中不受干扰,增强系统稳定性和集成度。研制了基于数字隔离器的100 W无刷直流电机驱动系统,阐述了系统原理和换相逻辑,介绍了由隔离电路以及功率驱动电路两部分组成的硬件设计方案,说明了以DSP为控制核心的主程序、中断程序的软件设计方案。通过仿真和搭建试验样机,证明了隔离方案的可行性,并且该系统集成度高、可靠性强,有一定工程应用价值。 Multi channel digital isolators can achieve electrical isolation of signals,ensuring that signals are not disturbed in complex industrial environments,enhancing system stability and integration.A 100 W brushless DC motor drive system based on digital isolators is developed.The system principle and commutation logic are explained,and a hardware design scheme consisting of isolation circuit and power drive circuit is introduced.The software design scheme of the main program and interrupt program with DSP as the control core is also explained.The feasibility of the isolation scheme has been demonstrated through simulation and the construction of a test prototype,and the system has high integration,strong reliability.
