速干型氟硅树脂离型剂的制备方法和应用

摘要 提出了一种速干型氟硅树脂离型剂的制备方法,以氟硅氧烷、氢硅油、氟烷基乙烯、氟丙烯酸单体、烷基乙烯基聚硅氧烷、催化剂、溶剂为原料合成速干型氟硅树脂离型剂。采用离型力、计算残余黏着率以及速干型氟硅树脂离型剂的干燥成膜时间等方法进行试验,结果表明:采用本方法制得的离型剂固化成膜速度快,具有较低的表面张力,在长时间的使用过程中能够保持良好的离型状态,残余黏着率高。并且形成的离型膜膜面颜色均匀,整体体系稳定,不会出现发白及颗粒析出的问题,改善了产品质量。 A preparation method of rapid-curing fluorosilicone resin release agent was proposed.The rapid-curing fluorosilicone resin release agent was synthesized from f luorosiloxane,hydrosiloxane,f luoroalkylethylene,f luoroacrylic monomer,alkylvinyl polysiloxane,catalyst and solvent.The test was carried out by means of release force,calculation of residual adhesion rate and drying film-forming time of quick-drying fluorosilicone resin release agent.And the results indicate that the release agent prepared by the rapid-curing fluorosilicone resin method exhibits fast film-forming speed and low surface tension.It maintains excellent release performance over prolonged use while retaining high residual adhesion.Moreover,the resulting release film demonstrates uniform color distribution and stable system integrity,with no issues such as whitening or particle precipitation,thereby improving product quality.
