摘要
县域城乡融合是实现城乡共同富裕和区域协调发展的关键。河南在城乡融合方面依然存在城镇化进程有待持续推进、县域经济竞争力有待提升、公共服务城乡配置有待完善等问题。为加快县域城乡融合发展,应进一步提升城镇化质量、增强县域经济韧性,均衡配置公共服务,激活乡村文化活力,强化生态环境治理,构建“城乡互补、融合发展”的新格局。
Advancing integrated urban-rural development serves as a crucial pathway toward achieving common prosperity and coordinated regional development in China.Henan Province currently faces multiple challenges in this process,including the need for optimized urbanization progression,enhanced competitiveness of county economy,imbalanced allocation of public services between urban and rural areas,underdeveloped rural cultural revitalization,and insufficient ecological environment governance capacity.To comprehensively advance integrated urban-rural development at the county level in Henan Province,it is imperative to implement strategic measures such as improving urbanization quality,strengthening county economic resilience,promoting equal access to public services,revitalizing rural cultural vitality,and upgrading ecological governance.These initiatives will provide substantial support for constructing a new“complementary and integrated”urban-rural development pattern in Henan Province.
