摘要
本研究旨在构建可靠余氯衰减模型,实现供水加氯的精准优化,保障供水水质安全。以利辛县郁湖水厂为研究对象,选定余氯浓度一级衰减动力模型作为供水管网余氯衰减模型,通过现场实测数据确定模型中主体水和管壁余氯衰减速率等参数。随后利用郁湖水厂供水系统8个监测点数据对模型进行验证,并基于验证后的模型,运用0-1规划法构建加氯优化模型,确定最优加氯位置与加氯量。余氯衰减模型模拟值与实测值相对误差率在1.32%~14.94%之间,吻合度高。加氯位置由7处优化为2处,每年节约资金16万元,时点最小加氯量为131.4mg/s,较历史同期加氯量降低24.1 mg/s,综合节能率达15.5%,优化后各点余氯含量均符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求。研究成果为供水行业的提质增效提供了切实可行的技术方案。
This study aims to develop a reliable residual chlorine decay model to achieve precise optimization of chlorine dos-ing in water supply and ensure the safety of drinking water quality.Using the Yuhu water plant in Lixin county as the research subject,a first-order decay kinetic model of residual chlorine concentration was selected as the basis for modeling chlorine de-cay in the distribution network.Parameters such as the decay rates of residual chlorine in the bulk water and at the pipe wall were determined using field measurement data.Subsequently,the model was verified using data from 8 monitoring points in the water supply system of the Yuhu water plant.Based on the verified model,the O-1 programming method was used to construct a chlorination optimization model to determine the optimal chlorination location and dosage.The relative error rate between the simulated values and the measured values of the residual chlorine decay model ranged from 1.32%to 14.94%,indicating a high degree of agreement.The number of chlorination points was optimized from 7 to 2.This resulted in an annual savings of 160,000 yuan.The minimum chlorine dosage at each point was 131.4 mg/s,which was 24.1 mg/s lower than the historical chlo-rination dosage.The overall energy-saving rate reached 15.5%.The residual chlorine content at each point after optimization met the requirements of the"Standards for Drinking Water Quality"'This study provides a practical and feasible technical solu-tion for improving the quality and efficiency of the water supply industry.
