无人机控制器按钮盖注射模设计

摘要 针对无人机控制器按钮盖的结构特点,设计了1副三板式注射模进行成型,为满足塑件成型质量要求,模具采用1模1腔布局,确保其达到MT3~MT4级成型精度,结合点浇口与侧浇口构成复合二级浇注系统,满足成型塑件开设侧浇口的工艺要求,还设置了1个定模先抽芯机构和7个动模斜推机构,解决了塑件脱模困难的问题。模具整体结构设计合理且实用,对类似精密塑件的模具开发具有参考作用。 Aim at the structural characteristics of the button cover of the unmanned aerial vehicle controller,a three-plate injection mould was designed.To meet the quality requirements of the moulded part,the mould with one cavity was adopted to ensure the moulding accuracy of MT3~MT4 level.A composite gating system composed of point gates and side gates was adopted to meet the process requirements for opening side gates in the moulded part,and a core pulling mech⁃anism in fixed half of mould and seven inclined ejection mechanisms in moving half of mould were set up to solve the difficult demoulding problem.The overall structure of the mould was designed reasonable and practical.
