摘要
针对新建火电机组间接空冷循环水系统调试初期冲洗水耗量过大的问题,利用火电机组现有设备,按照各级用户的不同水质要求,优化冲洗系统,调整工艺流程,将凝汽器、间接空冷系统及辅机循环水系统串联,实现了冲洗水的多级利用,达到了火电机组基建期水源梯级利用目的,并通过现场实际应用验证了冲洗方案的可行性。
In order to deal with the problem of excessive consumption of flushing water during the initial commissioning of the in-direct air-cooled circulating water system for newly-built thermal power units,the existing equipment of thermal power units is utilized to optimize the flushing system and adjust the process flow according to the different water quality requirements of users at all levels.And the condenser,the indirect air cooled system and the auxiliary circulating water system are connected in series,so as to achieve multi-level utilization of the flushing water,and realize the goal of cascading utilization of water sources during the infrastructure con-struction period of thermal power units.Finally,the feasibility of the flushing scheme is verified through on-site practical application.
