不同流量工况下竖井贯流泵水力性能及流场特性分析

摘要 为揭示不同流量工况下竖井贯流泵的水力性能及流场特性,以某城市排涝泵站工程为依托,基于计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法采用RNG k-ε紊流模型对竖井贯流泵进出水流道、前导叶、叶轮、导叶等全流道流动状况进行三维数值模拟,分析流量对扬程-效率、水力损失、断面流速分布均匀度和加权平均角、压力-流线以及熵产分布等的影响规律。研究表明:贯流泵的效率随流量的增加呈先增加后降低变化,最高效率及其对应的流量分别为78%和22 m3/s;过水部件水力损失从高到低依次为出水流道、导叶、进水流道和前导叶,其中导叶、出水流道和全流道的水力损失均随流量的增加呈指数型降低;泵流道流速较均匀,不同流量工况下进水流道出口断面流速均匀度和加权平均角在95%和84°左右。贯流泵进水流道流线较光滑顺直,熵产集中在出口收缩位置内外壁面附近,且流量越大熵产损失越大;而出水流道流线紊乱,易形成回流区,熵产集中在导叶出口,且随流量增加逐渐减小。研究结果能为竖井贯流泵排涝效率提升提供参考。 To reveal the hydraulic performance and flow field characteristics of shaft inflow pumps under different flow conditions,a 3D numerical simulation of complete flow passages including intake passage,guide vane,impeller,and outlet passage of a drainage pump station in an urban area is conducted using the CFD method with the RNG k-εturbulence model.The analysis focuses on the effects of flow rate on head-efficiency,hydraulic losses,flow uniformity and weighted average angle,pressure-flow lines,and entropy generation distribution.The results show that the efficiency of the inflow pump increases first and then decreases with an increase in flow rate,reaching a peak value of 78%at a flow rate of 22 m3/s.Hydraulic losses of flow components decrease in the order of outlet passage>guide vane>inlet passage>leading vane.The water flow through the entire passage is relatively uniform,with flow uniformity and the average incidence angle at intake passage outlets kept at about 95%and 84°under different flow conditions.The flow lines in the inlet passage are smooth and straight,and entropy generation occurs mainly near the outer and inner walls at the outlet contraction area,increasing with flow rate.The outlet flow field is more chaotic,where recirculation zones easily form,and entropy generation is mainly concentrated at the outlet of guide vanes,decreasing with increasing flow rate.These findings can provide references for improving the drainage efficiency of shaft inflow pumps.
