摘要
路中高架站结构形式分为建桥合一和建桥分离两种形式。路中车站多采用建桥合一形式,但柱间距较小。粤东城际路中高架站设计采用建桥半分离结构体系,为3层高架车站,分为架空层、站厅层和站台层,架空层供道路通行。建筑和桥梁上部结构分离,站房结构柱和桥墩共基础布置。建桥半分离高架车站具有受力明确、稀柱、通透性好、体量轻型化、便于道路交通组织等特点。为适应和满足高架车站功能和特点,站内桥梁从总体布置、孔跨选择、结构体系、结构选型、桥梁结构等方面进行研究和设计,并采用“下沉式”桥墩结构,满足站内楼扶梯设置的需求。站内桥梁采用简支梁体系,孔跨布置为(32+24+24+32)m,站厅结构布置于中间两跨范围内;轨道梁采用单箱单室箱梁,切除部分翼缘,预制架设施工;站台梁采用π形梁,现浇施工;站台梁与轨道梁共用桥墩,桥墩采用三柱式框架墩,框架墩跨度根据道路宽度进行调整;部分桥墩与建筑立柱共基础。高架站桥梁设计和创新满足了建桥半分离路中高架站功能需求,为此类路中高架车站的推广和应用创造了条件。
The structural forms of the elevated station in the middle of the road can be divided into two types:building-bridge integration and building-bridge separation.The building-bridge integration structure is often adopted,but the spacing between columns is relatively small.The elevated station on the Eastern Guangdong intercity railway adopted a structure of building-bridge partial separation,which was a 3-story elevated station consisting of an elevated layer,a station hall layer,and a platform layer.The elevated layer was used for road traffic.The upper structures of the building and the bridge were separated,while the columns and piers of the station building were arranged on the same foundation.The station with building-bridge partial separation had the characteristics of clear force distribution,sparse columns,high transparency,lightweight structure,and efficient traffic organization.To meet the functional requirements of elevated stations,the bridges inside the station were designed considering the aspects of general layout,span arrangement,structural system,component selection,and bridge configuration.An innovative structure of“sunken-type”bridge piers was adopted to fulfill the need for escalator installation.The internal bridge adopted a simply supported beam system,with a span arrangement of(32+24+24+32)meters,and the station hall structure was arranged within the middle two spans.The track beam adopted a single-box single-room box beam,with some flanges removed and prefabricated for construction.The platform beam adopted aπ-shaped beam constructed through castin-place methods.The platform beams and track beams shared common bridge piers,which were designed as 3-column frame piers,with spans adjusted according to road width.Some bridge piers shared the same foundation as the station hall columns.The design and innovation of elevated station bridges meet the functional requirements of elevated stations,creating favorable conditions for their promotion and application.
