摘要
合肥工业大学图书馆结合“双一流”建设目标进行服务内容和服务模式的突破与转型,主动发挥信息资源和情报分析的优势,积极为学校“双一流”建设提供决策信息支持服务。文章立足情报学研究视角,聚焦学校对高层次人才的现实需求,积极与学校开展引进人才工作的职能部门沟通,推进引进人才挖掘和遴选的情报信息服务。文章运用3种路径进行需求人才的挖掘分析:基于InCites数据库对学科发文作者进行遴选,基于Scopus数据库的研究人员分析对具体研究方向需求人才进行挖掘,基于学科领域内顶级学术期刊发文作者遴选并结合Endnote软件进行数据清洗。综合运用大数据搜集、文献库检索、情报分析等多种方式,构建多样态人才需求场景下的人才遴选路径,为学校高层次人才引进提供基于客观数据的科学可靠、客观公平的遴选方法,为学校“双一流”建设提供源源不断的创新动力和人才情报信息支撑服务。
Hefei University of Technology Library combines the“Double First-class”construction goal to make breakthroughs and transformations in service content and service mode,and actively gives play to the advantages of information resources and intelligence analysis to actively provide decision-making information support services for the“Double First-class”construction of the university.Based on the research perspective of information science,this paper focuses on the actual needs of university for high-level talents,and actively communicates with the functional departments of the university to carry out the work of introducing talents,so as to promote the intelligence information service of talent selection.This paper uses three ways to analyze the talents in demand,namely,the author selection based on InCites database,the researcher analysis based on Scopus database,and the talent selection based on the specific research direction.A comprehensive use of big data collection,document database retrieval,intelligence analysis and other ways to build a talent selection path under diverse talent demand scenarios,provide a scientific,reliable,objective and fair selection method based on objective data for the introduction of high-level talents,and provide a steady stream of innovation impetus and talent intelligence information support services for colleges and universities in the process of“Double First-class”construction.
