摘要
数字技术的广泛应用促进了人才知识技能结构的变革,对培养学生数字技术、数字应用等数字素养能力提出了时代要求。以服务社会产业发展为核心职能的高职院校,肩负着数字经济时代技术技能型人才的数字素养培育重任,却面临着生源基础差异大、学科融合不足、协同育人机制乏力及评价标准单一的困境。文章提出构建贯穿高职学生培养全过程的数字素养培育机制,从时间跨度、培育深度、协作高度及评估机制四个维度着手,通过分阶段递进式教育、精准匹配与学科融合、资源共享与协同育人、动态监测与考核体系等策略,全面提升高职学生的数字素养能力,为其未来职业发展奠定坚实基础,同时为高职院校数字素养教育的实践提供有益参考。
The widespread application of digital technologies has driven a transformation in the structure of talent,knowledge,and skills,creating an era-driven demand for the cultivation of studentsdigital literacy,including digital technology and digital application competencies.Higher vocational colleges,which serve the core function of supporting the development of social industries,bear the crucial responsibility of fostering digital literacy for technical and skilled personnel in the digital economy era.However,they face challenges such as disparities in student intake,insufficient interdisciplinary integration,weak collaborative education mechanisms,and a lack of diverse evaluation standards.Based on these real-world challenges,this study proposes a mechanism for cultivating digital literacy throughout the entire process of vocational education.From the dimensions of time span,cultivation depth,collaboration height,and assessment mechanisms,implementing the strategies such as staged progressive education,precise matching and interdisciplinary integration,resource sharing and collaborative education,and dynamic monitoring and assessment systems,higher vocational colleges comprehensively enhance the digital literacy abilities of vocational students.This approach aims to lay a solid foundation for their future career development while providing valuable insights for the practical application of digital literacy education in higher vocational institutions.
