摘要
在工程机械设计和使用过程中,对已有的故障信息数据进行挖掘和整理,这些整理后的数据可以指导从业人员提高设备设计和维护的智能化水平。首先使用迭代算法计算故障报警信息的累计持续时间及平均间隔时间。然后使用冒泡排序算法,按故障信息激活时间长短进行排序。利用排序结果可以使设计人员有针对性的优化整车方案设计,也可以使操作者了解整车状态,快速排查故障。平均间隔时间则从概率上预测下一次故障出现的时间,提前给出风险提示。该方法原理简单,运行稳定,对于工程机械故障报警系统的优化和故障预测的研究有一定的参考意义。
In the process of engineering machinery design and usage,mining and organizing existing fault information data canguide practitioners to improve the intelligence level of equipment design and maintenance.This paper first employs an iterative algorithm to calculate the cumulative duration and average interval time of fault alarm information.Subsequently,a bubble sort algorithm isapplied to sort the fault information based on activation duration.The sorting results enable designers to targetedly optimize the overallvehicle design scheme,while also allowing operators to understand the equipment status and quickly troubleshoot faults.The average interval time probabilistically predicts the occurrence of the next fault,providing risk warnings in advance.This method features simpleprinciples and stable operation,offering reference significance for research on optimizing engineering machinery fault alarm systemsand fault prediction,
