定向凝固工艺对耐热盐腐蚀单晶高温合金组织和持久性能的影响

Effect of Directional Solidification Process on Microstructures and Stress Rupture Properties of Heat Salt Corrosion Resistant Single Crystal Superalloy

摘要 采用1、3、5mm/min的壳型下降速率分别制备耐热盐腐蚀DD28单晶高温合金,系统研究壳型下降速率对DD28合金铸态、固溶处理和时效处理后显微组织和持久性能的影响。结果表明:随着壳型下降速率的加快,DD28合金的一次枝晶间距尺寸减小,共晶体积含量增加,显微疏松含量减少;经固溶处理和时效后,随着壳型下降速率的加快,γ′相尺寸略有减小,立方化程度提高,DD28合金的持久性能提升。 The heat salt corrosion resistant DD28 single crystal superalloy was fabricated by shell decline rates of 1 mm/min,3 mm/min and 5 mm/min.The effect of the shell decline rate on the microstructures and stress rupture properties of the DD28 superalloy as cast and after solution treating and aging was investigated.The results showed that as the shell decline rate was increased,the DD28 superalloy decreased in primary dendrite arm spacing,increased in volume fraction of eutectic crystal and decreased in micro-looseness.After solution treating and aging,as the shell decline rate was increased,γ′phase decreased slightly in size and increased in cubic degree,the DD28 superalloy increased in stress rupture properties.
