摘要
对连铸Cu-4Ag合金分别进行固溶处理和固溶+时效处理,其中固溶处理在760℃保温1、2、4、6、8 h后水冷,时效处理在460℃保温2~16 h;检测铸态和固溶处理后合金的显微组织以及固溶+时效处理后合金的硬度和拉伸性能。结果表明:760℃保温8 h水冷固溶处理的Cu-4Ag合金,非平衡共晶组织全部溶于基体;随着固溶处理后时效时间的延长,合金硬度先升高后降低,时效10h的合金硬度最高为93.25HV0.2;铸态Cu-4Ag合金的抗拉强度为243 MPa,760℃保温8 h水冷固溶处理并在460℃时效10 h的Cu-4Ag合金抗拉强度为278MPa。
Solid-Solutioning and aging treatments were conducted on the continuous cast Cu-4Ag alloy,respectively.The solution treatment was held at 760℃ for 1,2,4,6 and 8 h,and then water cooled.The aging treatment was held at 460℃ for 2-16 h.Subsequently,the microstructure of the alloy in as-cast and solution state was examined,while the hardness and tensile properties of the alloy after solution and aging treatment were tested.The results show that in the Cu-4Ag alloy treated with water cooling solution at 760℃ for 8 hours,the non-equilibrium eutectic structure is completely dissolved into the matrix.With the extension of the aging time after solution treatment,the hardness of the Cu-4Ag alloy increases first and then decreases.The maximum hardness of the alloy aged for 10 hours reaches 93.25HV0.2.The tensile strength of the as-cast Cu-4Ag alloy is 243 MPa,while that of the Cu-4Ag alloy after solution treatment at 760℃for 8 hours with water cooling and ageing treatment at 460℃ for 10 hours is 278 MPa.
