摘要
针对当前压力管道监管中存在的主要问题,开展压力管道编码标准化建设,赋予每条压力管道唯一编码,通过该编码采集压力管道全生命周期信息,建立压力管道数据中心。同时借助信息化新技术,开发化工企业压力管道数字化治理平台,按管线或按装置生成压力管道二维码标签。该平台通过企业客户端和监察客户端,助力化工企业实现压力管道电子化、数字化管理,并便于监察机构与检验机构全面、精准掌握压力管道信息,提升压力管道监管效能及数字化治理水平。
To address the main issues in current pressure pipeline supervision,we will carry out standardized construction of pressure pipeline coding,assign unique codes to each pressure pipeline,collect information on the entire lifecycle of pressure pipelines through this code,and establish a pressure pipeline data center.At the same time,with the help of new information technology,a digital management platform for pressure pipelines in chemical enterprises will be developed,generating pressure pipeline QR code labels by pipeline or device.This platform assists chemical enterprises in achieving electronic and digital management of pressure pipelines through enterprise and supervision clients,and facilitates comprehensive and accurate grasp of pressure pipeline information by supervision and inspection agencies,improving the efficiency of pressure pipeline supervision and digital governance level.
