摘要
随着社会的发展与科技的进步,现有的药学培养方案无法满足药学人才的培养需求。基于“STEM”理念,通过增加交叉融合课程、强化实践教学环节及引用信息技术教学三个方面改革培养方案。通过改革,学生科研创新能力和综合素质有显著提高,参加各类科研项目和创新创业竞赛的积极性明显增强,考研率明显上升。因此,融入“STEM”理念的药学教育有利于学生综合素质的提升,符合未来药学发展需求。
With the advancement of society and technology,the current pharmacy education programs fail to meet the demands for train⁃ing pharmaceutical talents.Based on the“STEM”concept,the curriculum reform focuses on three aspects:increasing interdisciplinary courses,strengthening practical teaching components,and integrating information technology into teaching.As a result of these reforms,students'research innovation capa bilities and overall quality have significantly improved.There has been a notable increase in students'enthusiasm for participating in various research projects and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,as well as a marked rise in the postgraduate admission rate.Therefore,integrating the“STEM”concept into pharmacy education is conducive to enhancing students'comprehensive qualities and aligns with the future development needs of pharmacy.
