摘要
为提高物流仓储定位效率与精度,提出基于射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)电子标签的物联网物流仓储智能定位研究。首先,以芯片、天线作为射频标签的核心,设计物联网物流仓储物资RFID信息编码规则;其次,结合自动导引运输车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)和RFID射频识别技术识别标签,基于标签地点信息,实现物流仓储信息的序列编码;最后,引进空间传输模型,在考虑信号传输距离损失的基础上,设计基于接收信号强度指示(Received Signal Strength Indicator,RSSI)测距的仓储智能定位。实验结果表明,设计方法可以提高仓储定位精度和定位工作的时效性,为物流管理提供技术支持。
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of logistics warehousing positioning,this paper proposes an intelligent positioning research of logistics warehousing in the Internet of Things based on Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)electronic tags.Firstly,taking chips and antennas as the core of radio frequency tags,the RFID information coding rules of logistics and warehousing materials in the Internet of Things are designed.Secondly,combined with the Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)and RFID radio frequency identification technology,the serial coding of logistics warehousing information is realized based on the location information of the tag.Finally,the spatial transmission model is introduced,and on the basis of considering the loss of signal transmission distance,the intelligent positioning of warehouse based on Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI)ranging is designed.The experimental results show that the design method can improve the positioning accuracy and timeliness of warehousing,and provide technical support for logistics management.
