摘要
中药种质资源是国家战略资源,也是中医药产业发展的基础,其意义极为重大。然而,由于中药资源的过度开发、生态环境的破碎化以及中药市场管理不善等因素,部分中药资源已处于濒危的境地,保护中药种质资源已刻不容缓。然而,传统的中药资源保护方式存在一些不足,容易导致资源遭受不可逆破坏。因此,建设中药种质资源DNA库成为当务之急。本文深入系统地介绍了其建设路径与实施策略,涵盖了基础设施的规划建设、资源的全面深入调查采集、DNA的精确提取检测保存、定期的抽检更新及高效数据库的构建等环节,每个环节均有明确方法与要求,旨为中药资源的可持续利用提供坚实的理论基础与切实可行的实践指引。
The germplasm resources of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are national strategic resources and the basis for the development of TCM industry,which is of great significance.However,due to the over-exploitation of TCM resources,fragmentation of the ecological environment and poor management of the TCM market,some of the TCM resources are endangered,and the protection of the TCM germplasm resources should not be delayed.The traditional way of TCM resource protection has some deficiencies,which can easily lead to irreversible damage of the resources,therefore,the construction of a DNA database of TCM germplasm resources has become an urgent task.This paper introduces the construction path and implementation strategy in depth and systematically,covering the planning and construction of infrastructure,comprehensive and in-depth investigation and collection of resources,precise extraction and preservation of DNA,regular sampling and updating,and construction of an eficient database,with clear methods and requirements for each step.The purpose of this paper is to provide a solid theoretical foundation and practical guidelines for the sustainable utilization of Chinese medicine resources.
