基于电导率的洗衣机漂洗性能测试方法研究

摘要 国内外洗衣机行业现有漂洗性能测试方法存在着操作复杂、需额外添加试剂、无法直接测量、测试量大等问题,基于此,提出了一种基于电导率的洗衣机漂洗性能测试方法,分析了标准固体洗涤剂浓度与电导率之间的线性相关性,据此建立了漂洗率和洗涤剂残留量的计算公式,评估了该方法的准确度、可区分性、重复性、再现性、一致性,结果表明:电导率与标准洗涤剂浓度之间呈良好的线性关系,电导率方法准确度高,可区分性、重复性、再现性、一致性均良好,且能直接准确评价、无需额外添加试剂、操作简单、可靠性高,具有较好的应用推广前景。 In the domestic and international washing machine industry,the existing testing methods for rinsing performance have a lot of problems,such as complex operation,additional reagents,inability for directly measuring,and high-intensity testing works,etc.Based on this,A test method for rinsing performance of washing machine based on conductivity was proposed.The linear correlation between the concentration of standard solid detergent and conductivity was analyzed,and the calculation formula for rinsing rate and detergent residue was established accordingly.The accuracy,distinguishability,repeatability,reproducibility and consistency of the method were evaluated comprehensively.Results showed that there is a good linear relationship between the conductivity and the concentration of standard detergent.The conductivity method has high accuracy,good distinguishability,repeatability,reproducibility and consistency.Moreover,it can used for directly and accurately evaluating without additional reagents,with simple operation,and high reliability.Results showed that the new rinsing testing method has a good application prospect.
