预制孔对钢铝自冲铆接接头成形质量及力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of prefabricated hole on forming quality and mechanical properties for steel and aluminum self-piercing riveting joint

摘要 使用HC420/780DP高强度钢板和AlSi10MnMg-T7压铸铝合金板制备了有预制孔与无预制孔的两种自冲铆接接头。通过对上层HC420/780DP高强度钢板钻孔,研究预制孔对接头的成形质量、力学性能和失效模式的影响。通过接头的剖面金相试验观察其成形质量,通过准静态剪切拉伸试验对比了接头的失效模式与力学性能,并对失效后接头的微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明:无预制孔接头的底切值高于预制孔接头,其钉腿处发生了明显的镦粗变形。整体上无预制孔接头的铝板受到明显压缩,而预制孔接头仅铆钉尖端处的铝板受到明显压缩。相比于无预制孔接头,预制孔接头的平均失效载荷降低了28%,而能量吸收值高出近400%。 Two kinds of self-piercing riveting joints,namely prefabricated hole joints and non-prefabricated hole joints,were fabricated by using HC420/780DP high-strength steel sheets and AlSi10MnMg-T7 die-cast aluminum alloy sheets.The influences of prefabricated hole on the forming quality,mechanical properties and failure modes of joints were investigated by drilling holes in the upper high-strength steel sheet of HC420/780DP.Then,the forming qualities of the joints were observed by the metallographic test of joint profile,and the failure mode and mechanical properties of the joints were compared by the quasi-static shear tensile test.Furthermore,the micromorphology of the joint after failure was analyzed.The results show that the undercut value of the joint without prefabricated holes is higher than that of the joint with prefabricated holes,and the nail legs of the joint without prefabricated holes have obvious upsetting deformation.Overall,the aluminum sheet of the joint without prefabricated hole is significantly compressed,and only the aluminum sheet at the rivet tip of the joint with prefabricated hole is significantly compressed.Compared with the joint without prefabricated holes,the average failure load of the joint with prefabricated hole is reduced by 28%,while the energy absorption value is nearly 400%higher.
