京津冀职业教育协同发展效益评价体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Benefit Evaluation System for the Coordinated Development of Vocational Education in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

摘要 基于环境差异、产教融合与发展趋势三维视角分析发现,京津冀三地在战略导向、经济发展和产业格局等方面存在显著差异,同时呈现新发展态势。本文通过研究构建“五共”模型,系统分析京津冀职业教育协同发展效益评价指标体系逻辑和技术基础,明确理论基础和架构方法,重点解决指标选择、权重设定、层次优化等关键问题,形成评价指标体系及应用指南。 Based on a three-dimensional perspective analysis of environmental differences,industry-education integration and development trends,it is found that the three regions of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province have significant differences in strategic orientation,economic development and industrial pattern,while presenting new development trends.This paper,through the research and construction of the"Five Commons"model,systematically analyzes the logic and technical basis of the benefit evaluation index system for the coordinated development of vocational education in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,clarifies the theoretical basis and framework methods,and focuses on solving key issues such as index selection,weight setting,and hierarchical optimization,to form an evaluation index system and application guidelines.
