摘要
数智技术赋能高校课外体育活动是提升大学生体质健康的有效途径。选取甘肃省三所高校的960名大一学生,依托校园体育智慧云平台实施为期16周的数智技术赋能干预方案进行对照实验,并运用FF模型分析数智技术对体质指标的影响效应量(Cohen’s d),可以发现干预后实验组大学生的体质均显著优于对照组(P值均<0.05),而身体形态指标未发生显著变化。研究表明,每周3次、每次30分钟到35分钟的智慧课外体育活动能够有效提高大学生体质健康水平。智慧课外体育活动的精准化运动负荷调控、可视化训练反馈及多元化内容供给能够提高大学生自我效能、锻炼坚持性与心理社会适应能力,促进大学生身体素质与心理健康的协调发展。
Empowering college extracurricular sports activities with digital and intelligent technologies is an effective way to improve college students'physical health.A controlled experiment was conducted involving 960 freshmen from three universities in Gansu Province,who were subjected to a 16-week intervention program empowered by digital and intelligent technologies based on the campus sports smart cloud platform.The FF model was used to analyze the effect size(Cohen's d)of digital and intelligent technologies on physical fitness indicators.It was found that after the intervention,the physical fitness of college students in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(all P-values<0.05),while there was no significant change in body shape indicators.The study shows that 3 sessions of smart extracurricular sports activities per week,each lasting 30 to 35 minutes,can effectively improve college students'physical health.The precise exercise load regulation,visual training feedback,and diversified content supply of smart extracurricular sports activities can enhance college students'self-efficacy,exercise persistence,and psychosocial adaptability,and promote the coordinated development of their physical fitness and mental health.
