摘要
以外购的ZSM-5为载体,通过简单的氧化还原法负载Cu制备了Cu/ZSM-5,煅烧处理得到Cu/ZSM-5-C。采用FTIR、XPS、BET、SEM、TEM和UV-vis DRS作为表征手段,探究煅烧对Cu/ZSM-5催化还原对硝基苯酚和抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,煅烧处理后,Cu/ZSM-5-C相较于Cu/ZSM-5结晶度降低、比表面积变大、结合能向高能偏移以及禁带宽度变大。Cu/ZSM-5-C具有更好的催化还原对硝基苯酚和抗菌性能,分别达到87.1%和98.9%。
Cu/ZSM-5 was prepared by simple redox loading with Cu using the purchased ZSM-5 as the carrier,and Cu/ZSM-5-C was obtained by calcination.FTIR,XPS,BET,SEM,TEM and UV-vis DRS were used as characterization methods.To explore the effect of calcination on the catalytic reduction of Cu/ZSM-5 on nitrophenol and antibacterial properties.The results show that after calcination,the crystallinity of Cu/ZSM-5-C decreases,the specific surface area increases,the binding energy shifts to high energy,and the band gap width increases.Cu/ZSM-5-C has better catalytic reduction p-nitrophenol and antibacterial properties,reaching 87.1%and 98.9%,respectively.
