草木灰水浸提液促进2,3-二芳基喹喔啉的绿色合成

摘要 将源于生物质的废物-草木灰进行简单的水浸提,得到草木灰水浸提液。该浸提液可同时作为绿色溶剂与催化剂,使苯偶酰类与邻苯二胺类化合物反应生成2,3-二芳基喹喔啉,产率在64%~92%。反应后仅需简单抽滤即可得到产物,且滤液可直接循环使用,循环五次产率无明显下降。同样条件下,若用水作溶剂,产率仅有62%,且有较多杂质。结果表明反应的最佳条件为:n(苯偶酰类)∶n(邻苯二胺类)=1∶1,V(草木灰水)∶V(乙醇)=10∶1,温度80℃,时间2 h。反应无废物产生,几乎是完全意义上的绿色合成,循环五次的环境因子(EF)为2.45,远低于一般的精细化学品与药物。 Water-extracting solution was obtained by simply extracting plant ash,a waste from biomass.The solution can act as both a green solvent and catalyst to promote efficient synthesis of 2,3-diaryl quinoxalines from benzils and o-phenylenediamines,and the yields range from 64%to 92%.Reactions were generally completed within about two hours.After reactions,relatively pure products were achieved by simple filtration without any other workup such as extraction,recrystallization and chromatography.Furthermore,the aqueous filtrate can be straight recycled in the next reaction,which means that no wastes were produced in the whole reaction and workup process.Yields were not reduced apparently after five-time-recycling of the filtrate.Under the same conditions,the reaction of benzil with o-phenylenediamine to generate 2,3-diphenylquinoxaline has a yield of 62%with many other impurities.The optimized reaction conditions were as follows:molar ratio n(benzils):n(o-phenylenediamines)=1:1;volume ratio v(water-extracting solution):v(ethanol)=10:1;reaction temperature 80℃;reaction time 2 h.Our synthetic method was almost“overall”green synthesis,and environmental factor(EF)was calculated to be 2.45,a value far lower than common fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals.This green,simple,practical and cost-saving method is expected to be applied extensively in synthesis of substituted quinoxalines.
