摘要
该研究以武汉某高校校园内集中生活热水系统为研究对象,探讨生活热水在夏秋两季的微生物污染现状及皮肤接触途径给人体健康带来的风险。结果表明,集中生活热水系统出水中的菌落总数和异养菌总数是给水的3~13倍,夏季污染尤为突出,主要由于水温较高和余氯衰减快等原因;尽管秋季的微生物污染情况有所缓解,但部分样本仍然超标。健康风险评估显示,集中生活热水中的细菌通过皮肤接触途径会带来潜在的非致癌健康风险,金黄色葡萄球菌的年感染概率和疾病负担在可接受范围内,但仍存在一定安全隐患。研究发现,致病微生物浓度、暴露时间及暴露频率是影响健康风险的关键因素,而水温和余氯水平则直接影响了致病微生物的生长。该研究聚焦皮肤接触暴露途径的健康风险评估,为微生物污染研究提供新视角,提出了通过温度控制和余氯监测的策略,为校园热水微生物安全管理提供了重要依据和数据支持。
This study relates to the domestic hot water centralized supply system in a university campus in Wuhan City,focus⁃ing on its current status of microbial contamination problem in summer and autumn and the risk to human health through the dermal contact pathway.And the survey was thereby conducted in the campus,which showed that the total number of colonies and heterotrophic bacteria in outlet water of centralized domestic hot water systems was 3~13 times greater than that in the normal tap-water,and the contamination problem was particularly prominent in summer,mainly due to the higher water tem⁃perature and the rapid decline of residual chlorine in the tap-water;though the microbial contamination of domestic hot water in autumn was a bit allayed,some of the samples still exceed the related standard.The health risk assessment conducted showed that bacteria in the campus centralized domestic hot-water posed a potential non-carcinogenic health risk via the der⁃mal contact;at same time,the safety risk still existed in spite of the annual probability of infection and disease burden of Staphylococcus aureus being within acceptable limits.It was found concentration of pathogenic microorganisms,duration of exposure and frequency of exposure were the key factors influencing the health risk,while water temperature and residual chlorine level directly affected the growth of pathogenic microorganisms.In short,this health risk assessment of the der⁃mal contact exposure pathway provides a new perspective for microbial contamination research,and the proposed tactics of temperature control and residual chlorine monitoring could provide an essential basis and data support for the microbiological safety management of hot-water use at the university campus.
