超声淋洗辅助改良剂对土壤及小白菜的影响

Effect of Ultrasonic Leaching Plus Ameliorants on Soil and Chinese Cabbage

摘要 超声可有效强化土壤中重金属的淋洗效果。该研究通过盆栽试验,研究了超声强化淋洗土壤后,施用椰壳炭和油菜枯对土壤理化性质、Cd生物有效性,以及小白菜生长和Cd吸收累积的影响。结果表明,超声强化淋洗土壤后,施用椰壳炭和油菜枯可有效提高土壤有机质含量和阳离子交换量,并降低土壤中Cd的生物有效性,与CK相比,超声强化淋洗土壤后施用椰壳炭和油菜枯,土壤有机质和阳离子交换量分别提高11.6%、33.6%,土壤氯化钙提取态和TCLP提取态Cd含量显著降低97.9%和91.6%。与CK相比,超声强化淋洗土壤后,施用椰壳炭和油菜枯在一定程度提高了小白菜地上部生物量,且小白菜叶片和根Cd含量显著降低97.9%和93.2%。上述研究结果表明,Cd污染土壤经超声强化淋洗后,施用椰壳炭和油菜枯可促进的小白菜生长和降低其Cd吸收,为Cd污染农田土壤淋洗后再利用提供技术支持。 Ultrasound can be used to enhance the leaching effect of heavy metals in soil.In this study,the leaching effect is further strengthened by applying the ameliorants such as coconut-shell charcoal and rapeseed cake to the soil after ultra⁃sound application,and a pot experiment is thereby conducted to investigate the effects of applying soil ameliorants on soil physico-chemical properties,Cd bio-availability,as well as the growth of Chinese cabbage and Cd accumulation.As a result of the experiment,it is showed that the leaching with application of coconut shell charcoal and rapeseed cake to the soil after being applied by ultrasound could effectively increase the soil organic matter content and cation exchange capacity,and re⁃duce the bio-availability of Cd in the soil;compared with the blank soil-sample(CK),soil organic matter and cation exchange capacity increased by 11.6%and 33.6%,respectively,and the content of CaCl_(2)-extracted state Cd in soil and in accordance with TCLP(USEPA’s Toxic Characteristic Leaching Procedure)the extractive state Cd content,were remarkably reduced by 97.9%and 91.6%,respectively;and compared with the CK,ultrasound-enhanced soil leaching increased the over-grounded biomass of Chinese cabbage,Cd content in its leaves and roots was significantly reduced by 97.9%and 93.2%,respectively.In summary,the study suggested that the application of coconut-shell charcoal and rapeseed cake to Cd-contaminated soil after ultrasound-enhanced leaching could promote the growth of Chinese cabbage and reduce its uptake of Cd,and achievements of the experiment could provide technical support for remediation of Cd-contaminated farmland.
