摘要
在人工智能技术快速发展的当代背景下,技术与人类自主性的关系已经成为哲学研究的重要议题,而本真性(authenticity)是自主性研究的重要前提和伦理立场。通过聚焦本真性问题讨论的内在主义与外在主义两大进路,剖析本真性的核心要素,可以提炼出影响人类本真性的四个研究维度:批判性反思、独立决策能力、知情同意与充分选择以及支持性环境。基于这一分析框架,可以系统考察人工智能技术对这四个维度的潜在影响。为应对这些挑战,可以从用户、技术和监管三层面分析设计解决方案,为有利于营造个体本真性自主性发展的制度环境提供理论基础。
In the contemporary context of rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the relationship between technology and human autonomy has become an important topic in philosophical research,and authenticity is an important premise and ethical stance in the study of autonomy.By focusing on the two major approaches of internalism and externalism in the discussion of authenticity issues,and analyzing the core elements of authenticity,four research dimensions that affect human authenticity can be distilled:critical reflection,independent decision-making ability,informed consent and full choice,as well as supportive environment.Based on this analytical framework,the potential impact of artificial intelligence technology on these four dimensions can be systematically examined.To address these challenges,solutions can be designed from the three levels of users,technology and regulation,providing a theoretical basis for creating an institutional environment conducive to the autonomous development of individual authenticity.
