摘要
随着计算机和网络技术的广泛应用,数据的爆炸性增长和信息处理能力的显著提升标志着大数据时代的到来。本文试图在不完全合同理论的框架下,探讨数据作用于组织形式的内在机理,并分析得到数据持有方和数据使用方之间组织形式边界的变化。我们认为,海量数据的应用,从信息充分度和议价能力两个维度作用于签订合同的事前和事后交易费用,进而影响到合同的完备程度和组织形式的变化。
Accompanying the profound application of computer and network technologies,the explosive growth of data and the significant improvement in information processing capabilities mark the advent of the big data era.Under the framework of incomplete contract theory,the paper aims to explore the mechanism through which data influences organizational forms,and analyzes the changes of the organizational forms'boundaries between data holders and data users.We propose that the application of massive amounts of data impacts the pre-and post-contract transaction costs through information completeness and bargaining power,thereby influencing the completeness of contracts and the evolution of organizational forms.
