摘要
目的探讨肺胃同治刺络放血治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效及对退热、咽部充血、疱疹消退时间,C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)等的干预效果。方法选择小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患者120例,按随机数表法分成观察组与对照组,各60例。2组均采用西医常规治疗,对照组联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗,观察组联合四缝、少商及耳尖穴放血治疗,2组疗程均为3 d。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率(96.67%,58/60)明显高于对照组(85.00%,51/60)(P<0.05);观察组退热时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组炎症指标C反应蛋白、SAA治疗后均有明显下降,2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组炎症指标CRP、SAA降低明显优于对照组(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM较治疗前增高(P<0.05)。结论肺胃同治刺络放血治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎,可明显缓解患儿发热症状,缩小咽峡部疱疹面积,减少溃疡形成,降低血清C反应蛋白值、SAA值,提高免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM值,短时间内一定程度上提高患儿机体免疫能力,从而缩短感染性疾病病程。
To explore the clinical efficacy of treatment of pediatric herpetic pharyngitis with simultaneous treatment of lung and stomach and blood-letting therapy,and its intervention effects on fever reduction,pharyngeal congestion,herpes resolution time,and the levels of C-reactive protein,serum amyloid A(SAA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG),etc.Methods 120 children with herpetic pharyngitis were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,the control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b spray,and the observation group was treated with blood-letting therapy at sifeng,shaoshang and tip of ear acupuncture points.The treatment course for both groups was three days.Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group(96.67%,58/60)was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.00%,51/60)(P<0.05);The fever reduction time of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and SAA in two groups significantly decreased,and there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The decrease in inflammatory markers of CRP and SAA in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of immunoglobulin of IgG and IgM increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pediatric herpetic pharyngitis with simultaneous treatment of lung and stomach and blood-letting therapy can significantly alleviate the fever symptoms of children,reduce the area of herpes in the isthmus of fauces,reduce the formation of ulcers,reduce the serum C-reactive protein value and SAA value,increase the immunoglobulin IgG and IgM values,and improve the humoral immunity of children in a short time to a certain extent,thus shortening the course of infectious diseases.
