摘要
主要探讨姜德友教授针对代谢综合征(MS)的中医辨治经验,根植于龙江地区的气候特点及地域文化,总结其四十余载之临证经验,形成其独特的辨证论治体系。姜德友认为,代谢综合征的基本病机根植于五脏失司——肝疏失利、脾湿困囿、肾气失司,治疗原则应以扶正祛邪为本,佐以疏肝调神、健脾化湿、补肾化瘀。姜德友主张专病专药,运用特定药治疗代谢性疾病,运用卷柏、翻白草、罗布麻调肝降压兼平糖脂;山楂、红曲、丹参分消糖浊兼祛风湿;土茯苓、萆薢、海螵蛸燮理痛风,药虽简,效却宏,协同奏效,直达病所,效如桴鼓。
This paper mainly explores Professor Jiang Deyou's experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment based on syndrome differentiation for metabolic syndrome(MS),which is rooted in the climatic characteristics and regional culture of Longjiang area,and summarizes Professor Jiang's clinical experience of more than 40 years,forming his unique treatment based on syndrome differentiation system.Professor Jiang Deyou believes that the basic pathogenesis of MS is rooted in the loss of the five internal organs-impaired soothing the liver,spleen dampness stagnation,and kidney qi loss;The treatment principle should be based on reinforcing healthy qi and dispelling pathogenic factors,supplemented by soothing the liver and regulating the mind,strengthening the spleen and dissolving dampness,and tonifying the kidneys and removing stasis.Professor Jiang Deyou advocates the use of specialized drugs for special diseases,employing targeted herb pairs to treat metabolic disorders:Selaginella,Potentilla discolor,and Apocynum venetum for liver regulation,blood pressure control,and glucose-lipid modulation;Hawthorn,red yeast rice,and Salvia miltiorrhiza for dispersing sugar turbidity and dispelling wind-dampness;Smilax glabra,Dioscorea hypoglauca,and cuttlebone for harmonizing gout treatment;Hawthorn,red yeast rice,and salvia miltiorrhiza for dispersing sugar turbidity and dispelling wind-dampness;Smilax glabra,dioscorea collettii,and cuttlebone for harmonizing gout.Though the herbs are simple,their effects are potent,working synergistically to target the disease directly with remarkable efficacy.
