^(60)Co-γ辐照对石榴枝条扦插后的生长及生理生化特性的影响

Effects of^(60)Co-γirradiation on the growth,physiological and biochemical characteristics of pomegranate cuttings

摘要 以突尼斯软籽石榴1年生枝条为材料,采用^(60)Co-γ射线20、40、60、80 Gy剂量辐照后扦插,研究了^(60)Co-γ射线辐照对扦插枝条生长及生理生化指标的影响。结果显示,在20~80 Gy内,^(60)Co-γ射线辐照石榴枝条,成活率逐渐降低,畸形率逐渐升高,石榴新梢平均长、根平均长、平均根数均逐渐减小。其中,在20~60 Gy内,石榴叶片可溶性蛋白含量升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性逐渐上升;在80 Gy时,SOD、CAT、POD活性陡然下降。结果表明,^(60)Co-γ射线辐照抑制石榴枝条的生长,剂量越大,抑制作用越明显,低剂量^(60)Co-γ射线辐照能提高石榴枝条的抗逆性,高剂量^(60)Co-γ射线辐照对石榴枝条损伤较大,抗逆性降低,石榴枝条的最适辐射剂量为半致死量(LD_(50))至临界量(LD40),即65.83~76.70 Gy。 Using one-year-old branches of‘Tunisian soft-seeded’pomegranates as materials,the cuttings were irradiated with^(60)Co-γ-rays at doses of 20,40,60,and 80 Gy.The effects of^(60)Co-γray irradiation on the growth and physiological and biochemical indicators of the cuttings were studied.The results showed that within the range of 20-80 Gy,when pomegranate branches were irradiated with^(60)Co-γ-rays,the survival rate gradually decreased,the deformity rate gradually increased,and the average length of new pomegranate shoots,the average root length,and the average number of roots all gradually decreased.Among them,within 20-60 Gy,the content of soluble protein in pomegranate leaves increased,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and peroxidase(POD)gradually rose.At 80 Gy,the activities of SOD,CAT and POD decreased sharply.The results showed that^(60)Co-γ-ray irradiation inhibits the growth of pomegranate branches.The higher the dose,the more obvious the inhibitory effect.Low-dose^(60)Co-γ-ray irradiation can improve the stress resistance of pomegranate branches,while high-dose^(60)Co-γ-ray irradiation causes more damage to pomegranate branches and reduces their stress resistance.The optimal radiation dose for pomegranate branches ranges from the median lethal dose(LD_(50))to the critical dose(LD40),that is,65.83-76.70 Gy.
