摘要
为研究陕西省西安市猕猴桃果实品质,提升市场竞争力,根据2020—2022年西安市4个猕猴桃生产区县中13个乡镇的气象站逐日气象数据、物候期资料和猕猴桃果实品质测评抽样调查数据,采用相关分析和加权求和法,构建了基于猕猴桃生长气候适宜性基础上的气候条件和生态环境的西安市猕猴桃气候品质评价指标及模型。结果表明,花期至果实采收期活动积温,果实膨大期降水量、≥35℃连续高温日数、日照时数,以及果实采收前1个月的温度日较差是影响猕猴桃气候品质的主要指标,将猕猴桃气候品质评价指数等级划分为特优(≥2.5)、优(2.0~2.5)、良(1.5~2.0)和一般(<1.5)4个等级。通过2023、2024年检验,评价结果与西安市农业技术推广中心测评的综合品质评价基本吻合,准确率在85%以上,能够定量化反映气候条件对猕猴桃果实品质的影响,为开展猕猴桃气候品质评价提供业务技术支撑。
In order to explore the fruit quality of kiwifruit in Xi’an,Shaanxi Province and enhance market competitiveness,based on the day-by-day meteorological data from meteorological stations in 13 townships in four kiwifruit production districts and counties in Xi’an from 2020 to 2022,the climate quality evaluation index and model of Xi’an kiwifruit based on the climatic conditions and ecological environment of kiwifruit growth climatic suitability were constructed using correlation analysis and the weighted sum method.The results showed that active accumulated temperature from flowering to fruit picking,precipitation during fruit expansion,number of days with high temperature of≥35℃,number of hours of sunshine,and the daily temperature difference in the month before fruit picking were the main indexes influencing the climatic quality of kiwifruit,and the indexes for evaluating the climatic quality of kiwifruit were categorized into four grades,namely,excellent(≥2.5),superior(2.0-2.5),good(1.5-2.0),and average(<1.5)grade.Through the tests in 2023 and 2024,the evaluation results basically coincided with the comprehensive quality evaluation measured by the Xi’an Agricultural Technology Extension Center,with a test accuracy rate of 85%or more,which can quantitatively reflect the influence of climatic conditions on the quality of kiwifruit fruits,and provide operational and technical support for the evaluation of kiwifruit climatic quality.
