摘要
随着“双碳”政策的提出与全生命周期理念的深入,垃圾焚烧处理全生命周期环境影响与温室气体排放研究备受关注。基于2021年深圳市5座垃圾焚烧厂实际运营数据,利用ReCiPe 2016方法进行生活垃圾焚烧处理全链条生命周期影响分析,对比了基准情景与绿色运输、七段法烟气处理、高参数焚烧、热电联产4个优化情景下温室气体排放与环境影响的差异。结果表明,基准情景下每吨垃圾焚烧全链条的温室气体排放量(以CO_(2)排放当量表征)为122.67 kg,全链条优化后温室气体减排量最高可达到397.34 kg。最后,对不同的垃圾运输、烟气处理、焚烧与余热利用技术方案的全生命周期环境影响进行了分析,为生活垃圾焚烧全链条减污降碳优化提供建议。
With the introduction of the“dual carbon”policy and the deepening of the full life cycle concept,the research on the life cycle environmental impact and greenhouse gas emissions of waste incineration treatment is prioritized.Based on the operating data of five waste incineration plants at Shenzhen in 2021,the life cycle environmental impacts of the entire domestic waste incineration chain were analyzed in this study using ReCiPe 2016 methodology,and differences of greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impacts were compared among the baseline scenario and four optimized scenarios(green transportation,seven-stage flue gas treatment,high-parameter incineration and co-generation scenarios).The results demonstrated that the greenhouse gas emission intensity(represented by CO_(2) emission equivalents)under the baseline scenario was measured as 122.67 kg per ton of incineration waste,and a maximum greenhouse gas emission reduction of 397.34 kg was achieved through whole chain optimization.Additionally,the life cycle environmental impacts of different technological schemes for waste transportation,flue gas treatment,incineration processes and waste heat utilization were systematically evaluated.These findings were provided to support pollution reduction and decarbonization strategies for the entire domestic waste incineration chain.
