摘要
开展“无废城市”建设,是实现城市碳减排目标的重要举措,对于推动减污降碳协同增效意义重大。基于浙江省“无废城市”建设的实际情况,通过废物减量模型(WARM)和排放因子法,核算了浙江省开展“无废城市”建设以来各领域固体废物源头减量、中端回收以及末端处置等环节的碳减排情况。总体来看,浙江省在“无废城市”建设中,中端回收环节对碳减排贡献较大,碳减排总量为1 714.18×10^(4) t,但源头减量和末端处置环节的潜力尚未充分挖掘。研究结果可为推进“无废城市”建设与减污降碳协同增效提供参考。
The construction of“zero-waste city”is an important initiative to achieve the goal of carbon reduction in cities,and is of great significance in promoting synergistic effects of pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction.Based on the actual situation of“zero-waste city”construction in Zhejiang Province,this paper accounted for the carbon emission reductions from solid waste reduction at source,mid-range resource utilization and end disposal in various sectors in Zhejiang Province since the construction of“zero-waste city”began,using the WARM as well as the emission factor method.Overall,in the construction of“zero-waste city”in Zhejiang Province,the mid-range resource utilization stage had made a significant contribution to carbon emission reduction,with a total emission reduction of 1714.18×10^(4) t.However,the potential of the source reduction and end disposal stages had not yet been fully tapped.The research results could provide reference for promoting the“zero-waste city”construction and synergistic effects of pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction.
