基于STM32的井盖监测系统研究

摘要 随着经济的发展和城市化的推进,城市现代化功能日益完善,城市发展所需的公共基础设施越来越多,与之配套的井盖也越来越多,年久失修的井盖就可能成为城市中的安全隐患。近几年,时常听闻有行人落入井中,更为严重的是小孩在井盖旁边放鞭炮,引发气体爆炸,造成多人受伤。产生此类问题的原因是井盖出现故障后没有得到及时维修维护,而且对井道内的危险环境无法提供预警。针对以上问题,设计了一个井盖监测系统。该监测系统以STM32微处理芯片为主控制芯片,采用各类传感器来检测下水道水位、可燃气体浓度、井盖震动情况和井盖地理位置,利用蜂鸣器提供危险预警,此外,该系统利用LoRa通信模块将检测到的环境数据上传至上位机,以进行统计和监测。经实验测试,该系统可实现水位检测、可燃气体浓度检测、井盖震动检测、井盖位置检测,可提供相应的报警信号,基本满足系统要求。 With the development of the economy and urbanization in China,the urban modernization function is becoming more and more perfect,more and more public infrastructure is needed for urban development,and with more and more well lids.In this study,a well-lid monitoring system is designed to address the above problems.In the monitoring system,a STM32 microprocessor is used as the main control chip and various types of sensors are utilized to detect the sewerage water level,combustible gas concentration,well lid vibration condition and its geographic location,and hazardous warning is given by using a buzzer.In addition,in the system,the LoRa communication module is used to upload the detected environmental data to the upper computer for monitoring.Experimental testing shows that the system can achieve detection of water level,combustible gas concentration,well lid vibration and location of the well lid,and can provide corresponding alarm signals,which basically meets the system requirements.
